Kaytlin West, MS, serves as Executive Director, bringing a strong background in leadership, behavioral health, and organizational development. She earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Leadership from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Throughout her career, Kaytlin has held leadership roles, including Director of Admissions and Utilization Review, where she focused on operational excellence, strategic planning, and improving access to quality care. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships with community partners and fostering collaborative partnerships that strengthen organizations and expand services.
In addition to her civilian career, Kaytlin has proudly served for 18 years in the U.S. Army Reserve as a Behavioral Health Noncommissioned Officer. Her military service has helped shape her leadership approach through a strong commitment to service, resilience, and teamwork.
As Executive Director, Kaytlin is dedicated to creating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting both staff and the communities they serve.
