Jessica Martinez, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker and U.S. military veteran with experience working with adults, adolescents, children, and families across substance use treatment, mental health, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and hospice settings. Her background includes clinical assessment, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, treatment and discharge planning, case management, and clinical program development and leadership.
Jessica is bilingual in English and Spanish and has experience utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), motivational approaches, relapse prevention, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed care.
As an Outpatient Program Manager, Jessica is passionate about creating an environment where individuals feel respected, supported, and empowered throughout their recovery. She believes treatment should recognize each person's unique experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals, with care individualized to meet their specific needs.
Her approach combines compassion with accountability and emphasizes helping clients develop practical skills, healthy support systems, and meaningful goals that extend beyond treatment.
